For all processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, food-processing industries or cosmetics. SEALBOX Agitator is a top entry or bottom entry agitator, with mechanical seal. Thanks to its compact design, SEALBOX is perfectly suited to small spaces and to low ceilings. It is ideally adapted to many various production operations such as blending, storage, dispersion, dissolution, suspending solids, fermentation, emulsion or chemical reaction. SEALBOX with guiding bearing integrated to mechanical seal box can operate in temperatures up to 300°C and with inside tank pressure up to 25 bars.

Blending, storage, dispersion, dissolution, suspending solids, fermentation, emulsion or chemical reaction in ATEX or non-ATEX environment.

Materials

Agitation part is made of carbon steel, of stainless steel, of alloy (such as Hastelloy or Uranus) or of plastic (Halar) coated steel in order to resist to corrosion and / or abrasion.

Special features

Mechanical seal box, with integrated bearing and double flanges mounting, guides the agitation shaft (maximum length = 2500 mm). This is an ideal solution to save space between the roof of the tank and the ceiling in small premises.
