ANCHOR

The anchor is an agitation mobile that moves close to the wall of a cylindrical tank. The resulting flow is essentially tangential. This anchor-type mobile is often combined with articulated PTFE scrapers allowing the complete scraping of the inside of the tank. It is traditionally used for the agitation of viscous liquids in the food processing, cosmetics or chemical sectors.
